Upcoming Activities
Welcome everyone and Happy New Year; may 2026 be a very productive one!
2026 started with extremes for summer – here's hoping that your garden is surviving and you introduced some of the survival tips from the last workshop. The good news is that for this coming year we intend to continue a regular Workshop on the 2nd Saturday of the month , the next one being
Saturday 14th February -- 10am “Hints, Tips and Tricks” at the Community Garden
Be prepared for ideas and tips with plenty of Q& A and discussion, all designed to make available the best “Hints, Tips and Tricks”. Come along and learn so that you can get the best from your efforts to grow healthy, pest tolerant, nutrient dense plants for food for your family ….or glorious flowers and shrubs.
And for those of you who already have surplus seedlings there is an opportunity to swap and share these as well as other produce.
Please wear suitable clothing, bring gardening gloves, sun protection, a note book+ pen ,diary, water and if possible
